Welcome to ProDigital Strategy, LLC (“ProDigital Strategy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The following terms and conditions (collectively, “Terms of Service”) apply to your use of www.prodigitalhealthcare.com, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through it (the “Site”), whether as a guest or a registered user.

By using the Site or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms of Service when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service. You agree not to use the Site:
- In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
- To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise.
- To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use, or re-use any material that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, or that infringes the rights of others.
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent.
5. User Contributions
The Site includes contact forms and a chat assistant that allow you to submit information and messages to us (“User Contributions”).
User Contributions must be lawful and accurate and must not infringe the rights of others. How we handle the information you submit is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Reliance on Information Posted
The information presented on or through the Site is made available solely for general information purposes. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this information.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ProDigital Strategy, LLC, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, your User Contributions, any use of the Site’s content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms of Service.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All matters relating to the Site and these Terms of Service, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Utah without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
9. Waiver and Severability
No waiver by ProDigital Strategy, LLC of any term or condition set out in these Terms of Service shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of ProDigital Strategy, LLC to assert a right or provision under these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
10. Text Messages and Phone Calls
Our contact forms offer two separate, optional consents: one to receive phone calls and one to receive text (SMS) messages from ProDigital Healthcare. Neither is required to receive our services, and you can give one without the other.
Text messages. If you opt in to SMS, we may send you text messages related to your inquiry and ongoing customer care. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages; we will send one message confirming that you have opted out. Reply HELP for help, or call us at 888-501-1971. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Phone calls. If you opt in to calls, we may call you about your inquiry. You can ask us to stop calling at any time.
